*Waivers must be signed by all guests over 17 years of age on arrival. Legal guardians must sign for under age guests.
*Arrangements for prepared meals and catering, can be purchased from a menu provided, for additional cost. Prices vary according to size of group, and an individual proposal will be prepared if requested.
*Ranch can be booked for day excursions for large groups, corporate team building activities, weddings, birthday parties and other special occasions.
*Historical barn, horses, and scenic river background makes this ranch a great destination for senior pictures, you provide the photographer. $125 per hour, two-hour minimum, for shooting location.
